A Celebration of Australian Whisky with Barrel & Batch just in time for Australia Day 2023.

Following up from last year, we have once again curated a limited whisky for our friends at Barrel & Batch.

This year we started by vatting a selection of Tawny matured casks, selected for their balance and structure, then married this with an American oak ex-Laphroaig finished cask.

The result is a delightfully sweet, yet earthy expression with notes of turkish delight, brown sugar, oily peaty embers, and dark fruit.

We’re a part of this set alongside nine other phenomenal Australian distillers.
