A limited bottling of 91 bottles released at The Oak Barrel Sydney Whisky Fair 2019. A marriage of small American Oak Ex-Bourbon matured casks finished in a re-coopered Botrytis affected Sauvignon Blanc Tasmanian wine cask expressed at 54.8% abv.
