Tasmanian Cherry Aperitif
This aperitif showcases the quality of Tasmanian Black Heart cherries, lightly rested in a Caribbean rum barrel to add gentle warmth and quiet depth to the fruit. The flavour leans tart yet balanced, with lively cherry character supported by subtle barrel influence and a backbone of bitter roots, bright citrus, soft herbal–floral notes and tart red fruits.
Best enjoyed over ice with soda water or as a Spritz.
