Nose:
Medjool dates, flambéed caramel, and light woodfire. Sweet butterscotch and a whisper of peat
Palate:
Rich and jammy, with strawberry jam and custard, moving into charred banana, citrus and grape. Wood-fire smoke begins to build just before the mid-palate, followed by molasses, iodine and a hint of seaweed.
Finish:
Long & smoky with lingering ash and peat. Strong earthiness & tobacco hit the back of the throat culminating in an oaky sensation
