Peated Cask Meets PX Sweetness
A marriage of mature whiskies spanning approximately 6–8 years, combining PX-matured whisky from our Solera with ex-bourbon matured whisky finished in peated whisky casks.
Nose
Medjool dates, flambéed caramel, and light woodfire. Sweet butterscotch and a whisper of peat.
Palate
Rich and jammy, with strawberry jam and custard, moving into charred banana, citrus and grape. Wood-fire smoke begins to build just before the mid-palate, followed by molasses, iodine and a hint of seaweed.
Finish
Long & smoky with lingering ash and peat. Strong earthiness & tobacco at the end culminating in an pleasant oaky taste.
