The olives originate from the Caccavo family’s grove, established in 1996.
The cool climate of Tasmania produces bold and unique flavours in the olives, and when combined with the pure botanicals of our gin, it creates a complex yet refreshing gin.
The flavours of distinct black olives, tart blackberry, and a hint of pepper make it a great choice for any occasion.
