Olive Gin Martini
Hobart Whisky’s Olive Gin is the result of decades of passion. The olives originate from the Caccavo family’s grove, established in 1996. The cool climate of Tasmania produces bold and unique flavours in the olives, and when combined with the pure botanicals of our gin, it creates a complex yet refreshing gin.

Classic Olive
Martini
Ingredients:
- 60 ml Olive Gin (+)
- 20 ml Dry Vermouth
- 5–10 ml Olive Brine (for a Dirty
- Add 5 ml water before stirring for balance
- Garnish: 1–2 olives on a cocktail pick
Instructions:
Chill the Glass:
Place a martini glass in the freezer for 5-10 minutes, or fill it with ice and let it sit while you prepare the drink.
Mix the Martini:
Add Olive Gin, Dry Vermouth, and optional Olive Brine to a mixing glass filled with ice.
Stir for 20–30 seconds for a clear, silky texture, or shake for a colder, slightly cloudier version.
Serve:
Strain into the chilled martini glass.
Garnish with 1–2 olives on a cocktail pick.
