Instagram Tag & Google Review Giveaway 2025

  1. Promoter
    The promoter is Hobart Whisky of 1 Gormanston Road, Moonah TAS 7009 Australia. (Liquor Licence: 76854).

  2. Promotion Period
    The promotion opens at 12pm 27th Dec 2025 and closes at 10.30pm 3rd January 2026. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

  3. Eligibility
    Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
    Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

  4. How to Enter
    To enter, participants must complete both of the following during the Promotion Period:

  • Tag @hobartwhisky in an Instagram post, story or reel; and

  • Leave a Google Review for Hobart Whisky.

Only one entry per person is permitted.

  1. Prize
    Three (3) winners will receive: One (1) 500ml bottle our Taste of Summer exclusive Barrel Aged Cherry Aperitif and One (1) Hobart Whisky Branded T-Shirt

    The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value if necessary.

    1. Alcohol Condition
      By entering, participants confirm they are legally permitted to purchase and consume alcohol in Australia. The prize will not be awarded to anyone under 18 years of age.

    2. Winner Selection
      The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries on 25th January at 1 Gormanston Road, Moonah TAS 7009 Australia.

    3. Winner Notification
      The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message and/or the contact details associated with their Google Review within two (2) days of the draw.
      If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw.

    4. Prize Delivery
      The prize will be made available for collection or shipped within Australia only. Any additional costs not specified are the responsibility of the winner.

    5. Privacy
      Personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering this promotion and in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy.

    6. Liability
      Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered as a result of participating in the promotion or accepting the prize.

    7. Platform Disclaimer
      This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Taste of Summer, Instagram or Google.

    8. General
      The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion if circumstances arise beyond its control.
