Winter Feast 2021: Cherry and Chilli Gin

So… we made a gin.
Made with fresh Tasmanian cherries, Rocoto chillies (grown by our director, Rocky), with of course juniper, and our distilleries own neutral spirit.
Please note, we have decided to not filter this product to ensure it’s richness. As such, it can appear cloudy or form into sediment at the bottom of the bottle. It’s perfectly safe, and nothing to worry about.
