Whisky Cask Aged Coffee Beans
Our Cask Aged Coffee Beans are aged in recently decanted Hobart Whisky ex-bourbon casks before being roasted by our friends just up the road at Tascaffe.
A blend of Columbia and Brazil coffee beans brings flavours of milk chocolate, honey, nuts, and raspberry. The cask aging process has allowed the coffee to absorb the natural aroma and flavour of our own Hobart Whisky, with strong oak char and vanilla notes coming through.
The coffee is very rich and while it has been created to drink as short black coffee, we have found many prefer it with a dash of milk.
