Following up from last year, we have once again curated a limited whisky for our friends at Barrel & Batch.This year we started by vatting a selection of Tawny matured casks, selected for their balance and structure, then married this with an American oak ex-Laphroaig finished cask.The result is a delightfully sweet, yet earthy expression with notes of turkish delight, brown sugar, oily peaty embers, and dark fruit.We’re a part of this set alongside nine other phenomenal Australian distillers.If you haven’t already done so,...

Taste of Summer 2022 (Tasmania) It’s the happiest time of the year, not Christmas, not New Years Eve, but the Taste of Summer!.The forecast is looking phenomenal, and once again you’ll find us at the Taste of Summer pouring the Drams, G&Ts, Liqueurs and an event favourite, our Boozy Frappes!.We’ll be inside the shed, Stall S6, starting tomorrow..The current forecast looks like a beautiful 28°, so we look forward to seeing you there!

Announcing our Winter Feast 2022 Limited Release

We’ve taken this year's release to an all new level! Continuing with our maple theme from previous Winter Feasts, a finishing cask was left in the Boks Bacon smokehouse for a week where it was infused with sweet bacon smoke. We barrel-aged a natural maple syrup in this cask before finishing ex-bourbon matured single malt for several months producing a smoky bacon, maple syrup, cask finished whisky.
